Two steps to send it

Download your answers.
This saves one small text file to your device. It holds your answers and nothing else.
On a device that won't save files, use instead and paste into the email body at step 2.

Email that file to us.
Send it to:

Put your order number in the subject line, and attach the file you just downloaded. The button below opens a message with the address, subject, and order number already filled in — you only need to attach the file and press send.
Attaching isn't something a web page is allowed to do for you, so this last step is yours. Once it arrives we'll build your profile and email your evaluation back.
